F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Warehouse Lead for its location in Canton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Assist department Supervisor in managing and covering shift responsibilities
- Delegating and managing work assignments
- Training and on-boarding oversight
- Cover Supervisor responsibilities in their absence
- Ability to communicate through levels of Leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must be in current position for a minimum of 1 year
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, and mindset, are required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel user.
- Self -starter – ability to work independently and relentlessly pursue improvements through CIP avenues.
