Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hialeah. This role is physically demanding and requires someone with the strength, stamina, and dedication to handle large, heavy freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Punctuality, loyalty, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks with large, heavy freight
- Move inventory and materials across warehouse locations
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas
- Package items and label shipments accurately
- Scan and verify incoming deliveries
- Stack and organize bulk items safely
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Strong stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
