Job Summary
We are a Personal Injury (PI) based chiropractic office seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a PI-based chiropractic office and be familiar with personal injury cases, lien patients, and daily chiropractic office operations.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including overseeing clerical tasks, filing systems, and supply inventory to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate front desk activities by answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls accurately, and managing visitor access.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, bookkeeping, and spreadsheet management using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring timely reminders and scheduling adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, assisting clients with their needs, and maintaining positive client communication.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and communication.
- Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Extensive office management experience combined with excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse clients or team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars effectively while handling administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management.
- Technical proficiency in office productivity software along with strong organizational skills to streamline office workflows.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining high productivity levels.
