We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. If you have experience in warehouse management and possess strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and standards
- Train new employees on warehouse protocols and safety measures
- Monitor and optimize space utilization within the warehouse
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Load and unload trailers/trucks and secure load properly.
- Restock materials
**Requirements:**
- Must be able to work 7am - 5pm.
- MUST HAVE PRIOR LEAD EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE SETTING
-Previous experience in warehouse management at least 2 years
-·Ability to train new hires and existing employees on new tasks.
-Ability to work in a fast pace, labor-intensive environment.
- Capable of lifting material weighing 50-100 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to squat, kneel, crouch, stooping, bending, standing, twisting, pushing/pulling, walking, climbing, grasping, squeezing and reaching for an 8 hour shift
-Ability to work in a warehouse in all weather conditions.
-Ability to climb a ladder.
-Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to comply with dress code.
-Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
