We need experienced, enthusiastic drivers to join our instructor team. As a Class A driver instructor, you can make a difference by training students in our CDL programs. Our students are new to the transportation industry.
United Truck Driving School, an accredited school, is seeking a professional CDL Class A driver with the ability and desire to train the next generation of truck drivers at our San Diego classroom or training yard.
You would be tasked to teach pre-trip inspections, airbrakes, parking maneuvers and public road driving to our students seeking a Class A license. Your objective is to provide them the practical and tactical knowledge which they need to pass their CDL exam.
We pride ourselves on providing our students with a well-rounded education, including placement opportunities for our graduates to join the essential workforce of truck drivers.
What we offer:
Hourly pay plus weekly bonus
Paychecks every 2 weeks
Overtime after 8 hours a day

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Valid CDL Class A License, passenger endorsement a plus!
Reliable, responsible, punctual, positive attitude, motivated
Excellent communication skills

Pass drug screen
Deliver instructional material
Train students in all areas of trucking/driving
