Do you have a heart for serving women on their journey of healing and restoration? Restored Hope Ministries is seeking a compassionate, dependable Overnight Resident Assistant to help provide a safe, peaceful, and Christ-centered environment for women recovering from trafficking, exploitation, and trauma.
Position: Overnight Resident Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the safety and security of the home during overnight hours
- Conduct scheduled house rounds, nightly medication administration and resident wellness checks
- Enforce house guidelines with grace, consistency, and compassion
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and document incidents
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and peaceful environment
- Complete overnight logs and communicate important updates to daytime staff
- Encourage and support residents while maintaining healthy boundaries
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential care, shelters, ministry, security, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently overnight
- CPR/First Aid and trauma-informed experience are a plus
- Must align with the mission, values and goals of Restored Hope Ministries
