As a Metal Fabrication Cost Specialist, you will drive project profitability by translating complex technical requirements into precise financial projections. You will serve as a vital link between engineering and sales, ensuring our custom equipment solutions are both competitive and accurately scoped.
Responsibilities-
Interpret intricate blueprints and technical specifications to calculate comprehensive material, labor, and tooling costs.

Develop and deliver high-accuracy project quotes that align with client needs and internal margin targets.

Partner with cross-functional teams to refine project scopes and optimize manufacturing workflows.

Evaluate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor bids to maintain cost-efficiency.

Maintain a robust library of historical cost data to improve future estimation precision.

Qualifications-
Extensive experience in cost estimation within a metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing setting.
