Store Manager Opportunity: While we have retail stores & there is some small cross over with retail, this job is more about Project and Group Management with over 50% of our sales coming from managing large groups & projects with offices & schools.
This management opportunity will be different than most as you will have the opportunity to work directly with the owners in an open book management style. Open Book management is about empowering your manager with the tools, education and data they need to act (and take responsibility) like owners. Open Book Management means we will have the philosophy of involving you directly in making our company more successful by analyzing sales & COGS on a monthly basis to maintain the best Gross Margin% possible which will help drive your management team Gross Profit Sharing Bonus. OBM involves four basic practices (1) we will train you to become business literate and understand the gross profit portion of financial statements, (2) we will empower you to use that information to help with promotional ideas, ideas to reduce shrink which keeps COGS down, (3) our goal will be to trust you as a business partner, and (4) reward you for the success of Scrub Identity with our gross profit sharing plan.
Working as a Scrub Identity Store Manager, you’ll wear many hats-serving as an entrepreneur, recruiter, educator, motivator, project manager and leader.
Entrepreneur
Acting as a “partner” with our management team profit sharing bonuses you are empowered to help to drive the business. You will have a hand in all aspects of the business from choosing whom to hire to managing those factors that directly impact the bottom line, including sales, payroll, & loss prevention.

Given the nature of our business, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
