Braza Chicken is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our culinary staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with basic cleaning duties, including floors, workstations, and storage areas.
- Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
Schedule Requirements
- This is primarily a night shift position.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Holiday availability is required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
