You’re curious, thoughtful, and comfortable asking deeper questions. You can move between data and human stories, seeing patterns others may miss and communicating them in ways that make people pay attention. You value collaboration and understand the importance of approaching youth experiences with care, respect, and authenticity.
At JIT, how we achieve results matters as much as the results themselves. Our work is grounded in Authenticity, Collaboration, Inclusion, Innovation, Inquiry, Inspiration, and Ownership.
