Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the development of our youngest learners. Duties
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum development that promotes literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning for toddlers.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and curiosity through innovative lesson planning and classroom management strategies.
- Engage actively with children to support their developmental milestones in areas such as language acquisition, motor skills, and behavior management.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs related to special education or early intervention programs, and promote child welfare.
- Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress using standardized testing methods and observational assessments to inform instruction and support individualized learning plans.
- Manage daily childcare routines including diapering, feeding, nap schedules, and ensuring a safe environment aligned with daycare standards.
- Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences tailored specifically for toddlers.
Qualifications
- IMPECCABLE RELIABILITY
- Strong work ethic.
- Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings, particularly with toddlers or preschoolers.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management practices.
- Experience in curriculum development focused on early intervention, literacy education, math integration, and physical education for young children.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and working with children requiring additional support or accommodations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and external specialists.
- Certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred; Montessori training or preschool experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that foster curiosity while maintaining a structured classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
