We are currently looking for Senior Recruiter to support one of our key client accounts. These upcoming contract opportunities offer the chance to work closely with a well-established global organization, contributing to their talent acquisition strategy and helping them attract top talent across the region.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality shortlists, smooth processes, and an excellent candidate experience
- Proactively sourcing (identifying) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites)
- Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers, providing expert guidance
- Lead vacancy consultations, define hiring requirements, and shape sourcing and attraction strategies
- Advise hiring managers on selection decisions, lead offer negotiations, and support workforce planning discussions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and coach junior team members on best practices
- Maintain accurate data across systems, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and identify risks or scope‑creep issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, talent pipelining, and cross‑functional projects that enhance overall service delivery
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for talent development
- Flexibility to work across regions and collaborate in a global team
- Experience of using recruitment technology
- Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment
