Hiring for 2nd shift : Monday-Thursday, 2PM-midnight.
Injection Molding Lead Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate Tederic and FCS Injection Molding Machines;
- Inspect the molded product for visual defects to ensure quality;
- Load and unload the products from the machine;
- Oversee other molding operators work to ensure safety and accuracy;
- Effectively monitor production equipment and troubleshoot issues;
- Support changeover operations by cleaning hoppers, helping to set molds, or performing other tasks as necessary;
- Learn the ERP system and complete work orders, do inventory transfers, and perform inventory and cycle counts as needed;
- Maintain equipment by use of preventative maintenance and manufacturer's recommendations;
- Perform support duties and other tasks as assigned by management; and
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Injection Molding Lead Operator Qualifications:
- Prior experience in injection molding is required.
- Prior experience setting molds is preferred.
- Processing experience is a plus.

- Pay rate $19-23/hr. based on skill level and experience. Pay raises are assessed annually based on performance.
