What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles using the latest factory tools and technology.
- Perform warranty, customer-pay, and internal repairs to Ford standards.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in Ford factory training to stay current with the latest vehicle technology.
What We’re Looking For
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- Ford STARS certifications are a plus
- ASE certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
