Summary
We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Lotus Blossom Massage. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them to relax and rejuvenate while promoting their physical health. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Perform various types of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare advice.
Requirements
- Valid state license for massage therapy.
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate treatments.
