Preschool Assistant – Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Engage children through developmentally appropriate play and positive guidance
- Support daily routines including hygiene, supervision, and classroom organization
- Monitor children for health, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to support classroom ratios

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, camp programs, or similar settings
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Child Development Credential
- Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
