Position Overview:
ECH is seeking a passionate and licensed Therapist to join our Family Solutions for Kids program. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. You’ll provide therapy and case management services to children and families within their communities, helping them build resilience and access essential resources.
Responsibilities:

Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to children and families.

Conduct thorough assessments of child and family functioning and community safety.

Develop treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans.

Maintain documentation in the agency’s EMR system within required timeframes.

Link families to community resources and aftercare support.

Advocate for children in school settings.

Engage in research and development as needed for cases.

Maintain professional licensure and insurance.

Attend required meetings and trainings.

Travel within assigned region (reliable transportation required).
Qualifications:

PLPC/LPC, LMFT and LMSW/LCSW, although candidates currently enrolled in a master’s level related field are welcome to apply.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
