Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
- Process orders and fulfill customer requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations: technicians and
service advisors.
- Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales totals
- Utilize organizational skills to keep parts department clean and organized
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including Excel, for order management and tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with dealership operations and parts market is a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order fulfillment
