We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Sales Associate/Cashier to join our retail and wholesale home goods store.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable speaking with customers, and has a positive attitude. Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience is preferred, especially experience helping customers and recommending products.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers find products and answer questions
- Recommend products and assist with sales
- Operate the cash register and process payments
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with both retail and wholesale customers
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Friendly and confident personality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working with customers
- Able to learn about our products and make recommendations
- Open/flexible availability preferred
