Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Execute specialized tasks such as floor care—including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning—to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring overall hygiene in every room.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any special requests.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products to deliver efficient and environmentally conscious service.
- Uphold safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and clients’ households.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to perform detailed floor care including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
- Experience with laundry procedures and handling delicate fabrics or linens.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
