We are seeking a strong, mission-driven leader to serve as a Client Care Manager, overseeing both a caseload of veterans and a team of case managers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, understands healthcare or case management, and wants to make a real impact serving veterans.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20 veterans
- Oversee and develop case managers through weekly 1:1 coaching
- Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
- Conduct field visits and maintain strong relationships with veterans and families
- Support onboarding and training of new case managers
- Maintain strong relationships with VA and referral partners
- Promote accountability, professionalism, and high performance
This role blends leadership, field engagement, and operational oversight.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in case management, healthcare, or senior care required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for serving veterans
