Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and training students in various aspects of cosmetology, including hair styling, makeup application, nail care, waxing, and skincare techniques. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover essential cosmetology topics.
- Educate students on techniques for hair styling, hair coloring, makeup application, nail care, waxing and facials.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training sessions to enhance student learning.
- Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student records and progress tracking.
- Promote a culture of professionalism and ethical practices within the classroom.
Skills
- Proficient in various cosmetology techniques including hair styling, hair coloring, makeup application, nail care, waxing and facials.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate students.
