Position Overview:
To assist clients living in the community to link to necessary medical, behavioral health, housing, social, employment, educational, and other services essential to meeting basic life needs.
Sign-on Bonus: $3000 paid out over the first year of satisfactory employment.

Qualifications:
-
BA/BS in a human services field with a minimum of one-year’s experience in a behavioral health setting is required OR AA/AS in a human service field with a minimum of two-years experience in behavioal health setting.

Must have understanding/knowledge of the behavioral characteristics and psychosocial needs of the target population.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to maintain documentation and work effectively with clients, providers, and the healthcare community.

Skills & Knowledge Behavioral health

Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking are a plus.

Must have own car, a valid driver’s license, and a driving record that is satisfactory to our insurance carrier.

Criminal History Background Check and fingerprinting are required.
