Clinical Research Coordinator (CRCs)
Accurate Clinical Research is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator (Spanish/English) to join our growing Rheumatology research team in Houston, Texas.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced investigators and healthcare professionals while helping bring innovative treatments to patients through clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned clinical research studies.
- Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll study participants.
- Conduct study visits and ensure protocol compliance.
- Communicate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and patients.
- Maintain accurate source documentation and study records.
- Enter and review study data in electronic data capture systems.
- Schedule patient visits and follow-up activities.
- Assist with regulatory and study startup activities.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site SOPs.
- Conduct informed consent discussions in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple studies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Rheumatology clinical research experience.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Phlebotomy experience.
