Property Manager -
Bay Property Group is a boutique third-party property management firm specializing in professionally managed multifamily, mixed-use, and single-family properties throughout the East Bay and San Francisco.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service. While property management experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates with comparable experience in operations, project management, or other client-facing roles that require strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Our portfolio consists primarily of professionally managed multifamily and mixed-use properties in Oakland and San Francisco. Our Property Managers are supported by dedicated accounting, maintenance, and leasing professionals, allowing them to focus on serving owners, residents, and portfolios rather than trying to do everything themselves.
We value professionalism, sound judgment, accountability, and clear communication. Our goal is to solve problems thoughtfully, provide exceptional service to owners and residents, and make well-reasoned decisions supported by documentation. If that sounds like the kind of environment where you would thrive, we'd like to hear from you.
Success in this role requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning continuously, and taking ownership of their work.
