Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and waste reduction
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a tidy environment for both staff and customers
- Support team members with basic math calculations for cash transactions and retail math when applicable
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible evening or overnight hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
