Responsibilities:
How you’ll make an impact in this role

Assists with periodic fire alarm testing, operating panels, evaluating field devices, and managing system inventories via digital databases.

Conducts scheduled fire sprinkler system testing, logs inspection results on smart devices, and maintains accurate digital records of system components.

Performs routine fire pump churn testing and regular fire extinguisher inspections, documenting compliance data into the maintenance database.

Resolves deficiencies found during inspections by repairing fire alarm and sprinkler components and collaborates with external contractors on complex repairs.

Coordinates inspection schedules across multiple organizational facilities to ensure all strict, time-sensitive safety deadlines are met accurately.
Qualifications:
Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent or at least five years’ experience in the field and/or applicable certification may be applied in lieu of High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license. Must be able to be insured for driving company vehicles as required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire/smoke suppression, detection and containment systems.
