Duties
- Respond promptly to water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, and other disaster sites to assess damage and determine necessary restoration procedures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently for demolition, drying, cleaning, and repair tasks
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
- Conduct cleaning activities including carpet cleaning and debris removal to ensure thorough site sanitation
- Assist with asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry standards
- Document all work performed accurately for insurance claims and project records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining high safety standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of water damage restoration processes, fire restoration techniques, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or challenging environments
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols throughout all tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for travel between job sites
- Willingness to learn new skills related to restoration services and industry standards

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
