The Assistant to the C.E.O. at Tailored West serves as the primary strategic and operational partner to the Owner/C.E.O. True to the core mission of Tailored West, the Assistant to the C.E.O. will actively uphold the "Art of Dressing, Giving, and Living", driving store revenues while ensuring both staff and clients feel valued and supported by the "Tailored West Family".
Requirements for the C.E.O Assistant
The Assistant to the C.E.O must possess an exceptional blend of organizational, operational, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the absolute resilience required to remain highly productive and focused regardless of workplace distractions. This role demands high accuracy for data analysis and a sophisticated level of IT literacy, including proficiency across iOS systems, Shopify, and Amazon Seller central dashboards, alongside meticulous verbal and electronic communication skills to execute critical projects tightly on deadline. Candidates must be prepared for rigorous physical demands, including the stamina to stand, move, and actively listen for at least two consecutive hours, visually focus on computer screens for extended blocks of time, perform repetitive tasks, and routinely lift or handle heavy freight weighing a minimum of 35 lbs.

Job Outline
Executive Support & Business Strategy
- Report directly to the Owner/C.E.O., providing robust administrative support, taking detailed notes in meetings, and managing complex overflow projects or strategic tasks assigned by leadership.
- Formulate, establish, and enforce store policies and legal safety guidelines across locations to ensure employee safety, company compliance, and brand alignment.
- Resolve internal and external situations with minimal conflict while providing team members with honest, constructive feedback to drive professional development under the company's "Transformation Standard".
Multi-Store Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee store supply chains, consistently research vendor pricing, and manage incoming invoices to maintain minimum expenditure and strict budget efficiency.
- Supervise the intake, unpacking, and verification of incoming freight. Ensure proper barcode tags are applied and immediately update inventory counts on e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
- Oversee all shipping, fulfillment, returns, and customer service standards for the Tailored West online e-commerce ecosystem and Amazon sales channels.
Brand Ambassadorship, Marketing & Graphic Design
- Act as a visual architect for the brand by designing and producing retail signage, vinyl prints, history boards, business cards, and digital advertisements that align with the core Tailored West vision.
- Ensure store shelves are meticulously stocked and styled according to product look standards. Plan and execute promotional in-store events and product displays to boost customer engagement.
- Draft social media content and strictly enforce the policy that all distribution literature is approved centrally to maintain absolute brand consistency.
Direct Store Leadership & Client Relations
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling staff to maximize collective performance while respecting individual scheduling boundaries.
- Model elite customer service by greeting clients, interpreting their styling needs, cross-selling merchandise, and sharing the unique "Story" of Tailored West to boost overall engagement.
- Foster a culture of collective effort where no task is beneath any role; actively assist in maintaining a pristine, organized sales floor and ensuring general cleanliness when needed.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
