Job Description:
As a Foreman of the Hardscape Crew team, you will be responsible for leading, oversight, providing instructions/project deadlines and assisting with the installation of hardscaping elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and more. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide oversight of a 4 man Crew members to ensure work project objectives are met and within project timelines.
- Assist in the construction of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Perform tasks such as digging, leveling, and laying materials (stone, brick, pavers, etc.).
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Requirements:
- Experience in hardscaping REQUIRED
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
