Allegro Winter Park is hiring a Part-Time Dining Server to join our team. With consistent daytime and early evening hours ending at 8pm and a team that will train you from day one — this is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and wants meaningful work without late nights.
What You'll Do:
- Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it
- Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience
- Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
- Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish
- Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special

- Are dependable with consistent availability on a rotating schedule
- Have prior server or food service experience — preferred but not required
- No certifications required — we will train you!

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
- Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
- Food serving experience preferred.
