MUST BE LICENSED AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE OR REGISTERED NURSE IN NORTH CAROLINA
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in their home
- Provide courteous service to patients
- Report changes in the patient's health condition
- Establishes and implements the clients plan of care
- Completes all documentation accurately, completely and within the designated time frame.
- Follow policies and procedures of the agency and/or the facility where services are rendered
- Complies with agency infection control policies and procedures
- May supervise nursing assistants or licensed practical nurse depending
- In home task and assist client
Qualifications
- Minimum one year work experience in any field
- High School Diploma/GED
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Expected hours: 4 – 60 per week
