Job Title: Billboard Installer & Property Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Billboard Installer and Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role combines outdoor billboard installation with general facility and property maintenance. You will travel throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware to install billboard advertisements, service electrical components, and maintain various company properties.
Key Responsibilities
Billboard Installation & Maintenance
- Hang vinyl faces: Install large-format vinyl flex faces on billboard structures.
- Climb structures: Work comfortably and safely at high heights using ladders and safety harnesses.
- Electrical repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and install electric services, wiring, and lights on billboards.
- Structural inspection: Check billboard structures regularly for safety and structural integrity.
Grounds & Property Maintenance
- Landscaping: Perform lawn maintenance, weed eating, and brush removal around billboard sites.
- Site clearing: Keep billboard visibility clear by cutting down obstructing tree limbs and brush.
- Facility upkeep: Handle general maintenance for our office, warehouse, and residential/commercial rental properties.
- Basic repairs: Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, and building repairs as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Comfort with heights: Ability to climb and work at heights up to 100 feet.
- Electrical experience: Proven experience with basic electrical wiring and lighting installation.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Travel capacity: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for daily travel across PA, MD, and DE.
- Tool proficiency: Experience operating power tools, chainsaws, lawnmowers, and specialized installation gear.
Benefits & Work Environment
- Location: Based out of our central facility, with daily regional travel (company vehicle provided for work travel).
- Schedule: Full-time, primarily day shifts, with occasional overtime based on weather and project deadlines.
- Safety: All necessary safety harnesses, climbing gear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
