As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will monitor access points, conduct screening activities, and support security-related operations with professionalism and strong communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering and exiting the location, following established post orders and reporting unusual activity or concerns to site leadership.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Monitor entry points, screening equipment, and visitor processing areas to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity.

Communicate clearly with staff, guests, and management regarding screening expectations, site policies, and security-related concerns within a technology-focused location.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
