Production Operator
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Available
Starting Pay: $16-18 per hour
Job Description:
As a Production Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machines to meet operational standards. WILL TRAIN
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance or escalate to maintenance team when needed.
- Record production data, monitor output, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of machine operation or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic reading and math skills
- Must occasionally be able to lift up to 25 pounds
