What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll bring each participant’s Behavior Consult plan to life, using your skills, compassion, and creativity to make every session meaningful. You’ll follow best practices set by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) along with working your supervision hours, while keeping the GoldStar spirit alive — which means a blend of professionalism, heart, and a dash of fun.
Your GoldStar Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Deliver engaging, effective behavior intervention services using GoldStar’s training protocols and your RBT skills.
- Implement your Behavior Consult’s recommendations for program growth and behavior support — right away, with confidence.
- Come prepared for every session by reviewing Behavior Intervention Plans and program materials.
- Track progress like a pro — document skill development, behavioral patterns, and any “aha!” moments.
- Be an active voice in team meetings, sharing observations, challenges, and wins.
- Pitch in with case-related tasks and general office needs.
- Join in on our enrichment activities — from trainings to all-staff events — and always keep learning.
- Help GoldStar fulfill ALL client service hours by pitching in when scheduling changes happen.
What You Bring:
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Positive, motivated, and respectful attitude — toward participants, families, and coworkers.
- Willing to complete all required trainings.
Pay Range:
$19–$22/hour based on education and experience.
