La Mondina is growing its Banquet Department and is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager/Maitre D' to run our private events!
This individual will be responsible for leading our current banquet servers in the set-up, service, and breakdown aspects of our events & banquets. They will work directly with the event hosts and guests to provide them with an exceptional experience. They will communicate with our existing banquet managers and stay up to date on our booking/planning processes. A minimum of 2 years as an Event manager, Maitre D', or restaurant manager is required to qualify for this position. Experience as a banquet server and/or bartender is preferred. In addition, a positive attitude and passion for hospitality is a MUST.
The Schedule is Wednesday - Sunday. Morning and Evening hours will vary depending on the event schedule. Pay rates will be discussed after the interview process and will be based on qualifications.
$25.00-$35.00 per hour with O/T (Health Benefits after 90 days)
