Qualifications
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
· Valid driver's license with a good driving record
· Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
· Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs
· Communicate with customers in person, online, and by phone
· Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
· Learn and stay up to date on Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram vehicles
· Follow up with customers to build relationships and earn repeat business
· Maintain product knowledge and dealership standards
Compensation
· Competitive pay plan with unlimited earning potential
· Weekly salary of $600–$1,000 plus commissions
