The Cove Riverwalk Villas isn’t your typical hotel.
We’re a luxury floating resort in the heart of downtown Wilmington, and every guest arrives expecting something special. Our housekeeping team plays one of the biggest roles in making that happen.

What You’ll Do
Each shift, you’ll help transform our luxury floating villas into welcoming spaces where guests can relax and make memories.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and preparing 1–2 luxury houseboats each shift
- Keeping every villa looking brand new
- Restocking amenities and supplies
- Changing linens and making beds to our quality standards
- Reporting maintenance concerns or damaged items
- Working efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure all villas are ready for arriving guests

- Physically able to stay active throughout the shift
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is great, but it isn’t required. We’ll happily train someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Typical shifts are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sundays are required
- Some holidays required (time-and-a-half pay on eligible holidays)
- Flexible scheduling around your availability whenever possible
