Description:
A Car Salesperson, or Auto Sales Representative, is responsible for selling cars.
Their duties include;

Greet customers arriving at the dealership.

Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.

Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and the purchase process

Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.

Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.

Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options.

Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.

Proper handling of Dealer’s Tag & keys. Returning to assigned machines upon end of usage.

Maintain Company Dress Code

Proper usage of employee ancillary software and tools for time recording and HR
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience saling new or used vehicles

updated salesman license
-
knowledge of CRM and advertising tools (Instagram, ticktock, others)
-
knowledge of the automotive sector
-
Spanish speaking is required
