American Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for a Trip Coordinator. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Review emails daily for Field Trips Requests that come in via Script Software as well as Calendar Items sent by all Athletic departments and all sports

Assigns drivers to cover the numerous field trips after determining the type of vehicle that is needed
-
Communicating any changes from the Sponsors to the Drivers.

Logs all Field Trips in a calendar

Creates spreadsheet for each campus of Field Trips that are approved
-
Answering incoming calls and emails for the Transportation department in a professional manner

Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:

Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

High School Diploma or equivalent
