Hall Contracting is seeking a motivated Carpenter / Project Support Technician to join our growing residential construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants exposure to all aspects of residential construction and project operations.
We specialize in high-quality remodels, additions, decks, custom carpentry, and residential construction projects throughout the Flathead Valley.
This role is a unique combination of field production and project support. The successful candidate will assist with construction activities while also helping coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics to keep projects running efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesConstruction & Carpentry
- Assist with demolition, framing, siding, decking, trim, and finish carpentry
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Assist lead carpenters with daily production tasks
- Follow construction plans and project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Project Support & Logistics
- Pick up and deliver materials from local suppliers
- Coordinate material staging and jobsite deliveries
- Perform dump runs and material returns
- Assist with equipment transportation and maintenance
- Maintain organization of company trailers, tools, and inventory
- Help ensure crews have the materials and equipment necessary to remain productive
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
