Location: On-Site in homes in the Vail and Beaver Creek area

What You'll Do
You’ll serve as a key member supporting our operations and maintenance team by delivering professional, consistent, and high-quality handyman services.
Tasks Include:
- Complete weekly Home Care Walkthroughs and identify maintenance concerns, larger property needs, and potential projects.
- Troubleshoot and complete general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other repairs within skill level.
- Install/replace lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, switches, outlets, faucets, disposals, trim, doors, shelving, and household fixtures.
- Mount TVs, assemble furniture, conceal wiring, pressure wash, clean gutters, and complete light landscaping.
- Perform seasonal and preventative maintenance, including HVAC filters, smoke detector batteries, and weatherproofing.
- Shovel snow and assist with snow/ice removal when needed.
- Pick up trash and help keep properties clean, safe, and presentable.
- Work closely with Inspectors, Guest Relations, and Operations to resolve property and guest-related maintenance needs.
- Communicate property issues, repair needs, photos, measurements, and recommendations to vendors and the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate and follow up with third-party contractors, meet vendors onsite, and inspect/test completed work.
- Maintain accurate Breezeway reporting with detailed notes, photos, updates, and completion documentation.

Your Skills & Traits:
- Proficiency in general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve small repairs independently and efficiently.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to think outside the box, pivot when needed, and take initiative beyond assigned tasks.
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Organized, reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Comfortable lifting heavy objects and working on your feet.
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends during busy seasons.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
