The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality. Servers are expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, club events, and service standards while ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Greet members and guests promptly and professionally.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take and enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with club service standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate and respond to member and guest needs.
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu changes, and beverage offerings.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas.
- Process member charges and guest payments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with banquet, club events, tournaments, and special functions as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the club at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, club, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Must be able to obtain any required alcohol service certifications as required by state or local regulations.
