Position Overview:
Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to serve as a crucial link between our Sales and Marketing departments. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, efficient routing, and timely support for field representatives across multiple states. This position requires quick decision-making, multitasking abilities, and a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, providing support to both teams.

Dispatch and route 15–25 representatives across 9 states, ensuring timely service and operational efficiency.

Track and report daily production metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Manage production spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Perform data entry tasks with precision.

Answer inbound phone calls, addressing inquiries professionally.

Collaborate with a second dispatcher to maximize efficiency and improve workflow.

Provide ongoing support to Sales and Marketing teams, adapting to their needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

Strong ability to read maps and follow directions.

Proficient typing and data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturday mornings.
