What You’ll Get:

Requirements:
- 6+ months of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Smartphone with basic tech skills
- Fluent in English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
- Availability between 8 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Sun)
- Time-Off Requests no more than 3 per month
- Last-Minute Call-Outs no more than 1 per month
- Client Complaints no more than 1 per month
Not a Fit If:
- You struggle with reliability or communication
- You’re looking for a traditional employee role
- You need full training or lack experience
- You bring a negative attitude or poor customer service
- Excessive time-off requests, last-minute call-outs after accepting services, or leaving confirmed services early disrupt scheduling.
- Repeated client complaints regarding quality, professionalism, or communication negatively impact client experience.
