About DaySpring:
DaySpring Arts & Education is a private, preschool-12th grade Christian school, with a hybrid schedule. Our K-6th grade students come to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays; our 7th-12th grade students come to school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Students work from home on the opposite days. Teachers plan a full week of lessons to be completed in the class and at home.
Our preschool meets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and students have the option to come all three days or only Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students taking Friday classes will have a richer arts experience as that day offers dance classes as well.
DaySpring has a creative and friendly environment. We embrace a 21st Century Learning approach to education, focusing on collaboration, critical thinking, effective communication and creativity in all content areas. We bring education to life in relevant and engaging ways. We cap our classes at 20 students so that teachers can enjoy a small class and getting to know their students. Our teachers enjoy a part-time schedule where they can teach in a rewarding classroom and have days off for other pursuits and family responsibilities. Teachers receive PTO.

Position Summary:
DaySpring Arts & Education is seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our Creative Arts Preschool program. This teacher will foster a joyful, child-centered learning environment where children ages 3–5 can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.
The ideal candidate loves working with young children, values hands-on learning, and is excited to integrate art, music, movement, and developmentally appropriate academics into daily instruction. The Preschool Teacher will partner closely with families to support each child's growth while promoting a love of learning and discovery. We welcome candidates who are passionate about helping children discover their gifts and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Work hours are 8:30am-3pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Teachers may be asked to occasionally work outside those hours for professional development, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
