Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician's Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders and assisting in surgery. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment, particularly within a clinical and surgical setting. The PA will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assist in surgical procedures as necessary, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
Experience
- Certified Physicians Assistant.
- Experience working in a clinic setting and surgical setting highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
