We are actively hiring a full-time Verizon Customer Service Representative to support our expanding Verizon campaign. The Verizon Customer Service Representative role is an entry-level, customer-facing sales and customer service position where you'll help customers explore Verizon services, manage accounts, answer questions, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Verizon Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Meet directly with new and existing customers in designated territories to discuss Verizon wireless, internet, and connected home solutions
- Educate customers on Verizon plans, devices, pricing, promotions, and available services
- Recommend wireless and internet solutions based on each customer's needs and budget
- Assist customers with account setup, activations, upgrades, account changes, and enrollment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer additional questions
- Accurately document customer interactions, account information, and sales activity
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while representing the Verizon brand professionally
