Location: SpringHill Suites Fargo
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24–32 hours per week, including some weekends
Are you a hands-on person who enjoys fixing things, keeping a property looking great, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel

Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC systems

Maintain and troubleshoot pool and hot tub equipment

Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance

Handle basic carpentry and general building repairs

Complete preventative maintenance throughout guest rooms and common areas

Perform custodial and deep-cleaning duties as needed, including carpet shampooing

Help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property

Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner

Assist with seasonal and special maintenance projects

General working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pools, and carpentry

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Good attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Previous hotel, apartment, commercial building, or general maintenance experience is preferred

24–32 hours per week

Must be available to work some weekends
